TM Future Skills (TMFS) offers an innovative and evolutionary education ecosystem designed to equip Malaysian students with cutting-edge digital skills.

TMFS ecosystem framework was tailored to the syllabus outlined by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and covered the nine pillars of the Industrial Revolution (IR4.0). This is to prepare the students and teachers to be part of a digital-ready community and future-proof workforce which has always been one of the pillars under TM’s Digital Powerhouse 2030 aspiration.

Three methods of TMFS approach are:

1. TMFS Champion School - Establishment of digital hub at the selected secondary schools to nurture future digital leaders by equipping students with latest IR4.0 centric kits and knowledge, such as the robotic, 3D printing, coding, real-time data logging and other tools to inculcate STEM learning.

2. TMFS Certification - Certification program is a comprehensive training modules aimed to equip teachers with the latest methodologies and tools while nurturing essential skills among students; preparing them for evolving educational landscape.

3. TMFS Tech Titans Challenge - A hackathon to develop and harness innovative talents among schools across the country bringing the best three-days program comprising exciting indoor and outdoor activities, combining design thinking methods that will drive the participants to drill great ideas and generate STEM innovations.
