Celebrating the World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) this year, YTM in collaboration with We & I and Nakseni organized an exhibition entitled Seni Ekspresi Autisma (SESAMA) at Muzium Telekom, Kuala Lumpur. The SESAMA "Embrace the Spectrum" exhibition was officially launched by Director of YTM, Ainol Shaharina Sahar showcasing more than six creative talents in visual arts. Among the autistic artists who are currently showing at the gallery are Ameer Hanizan, Chin Wen Jie, Haziq Izmi, Izzati Shahrin, Ong Yong Da and Stephanie Tam.

SESAMA exhibition presents works by artists participating in the WE & I Arts Initiative in both the physical and virtual galleries of the Muzium Telekom through SENI VR platform, a 3D virtual tour developed by Actsugi that aims to support local artists in Malaysia through hybrid events and exhibitions.

We hope that, by enlisting these efforts, we can unleash the potential of these artists to be recognized and help them achieve their dreams.
