At YTM, we are committed to strengthening human capital in disaster management through the RANDEX series, in strategic collaboration with NADMA and RED A.

Since 2023, RANDEX has trained over 350 participants from various NGOs nationwide — enhancing leadership, preparedness and collaboration in Malaysia’s humanitarian ecosystem.

RANDEX is not just a theoretical training, it serves as a critical platform that strengthens preparation and coordination, thus increasing efficiency on the ground during the Northeast Monsoon and other regional disasters.

RANDEX continues to evolve strategically:

This year, 60 participants from 25 NGOs joined a 4D3N intensive training in Genting Sempah, further strengthening national disaster readiness.

RANDEX is now the national platform to strengthen partnerships, enhance preparedness, and nurture the next generation of leaders in Malaysia's humanitarian ecosystem.
