The YTM Future Leaders Onboarding Program 2025 was held in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, celebrating 95 recipients of the Future Leaders Scholarship 2025.

Over the course of four days and three nights, participants engaged in a variety of enriching sessions covering financial management, study skills, professional appearance, and mental health. The program also featured outdoor activities and a treasure hunt designed to foster teamwork and strong peer connections among participants.

As an annual initiative, this program serves as the first step of the structured development program accompanying the scholarship, aiming to cultivate holistic character and equip participants with essential future-ready skills.
