YTM Supports 302 Flood-Affected Students in Kelantan Through Back to School Initiative

09th Mar 2026

Community & Nation Building

Yayasan TM (YTM), in collaboration with I-Reach Malaysia, remains committed to supporting the continuity of education for children affected by the recent Northeast Monsoon floods.

A total of 302 primary and secondary school students from Rantau Panjang and Tanah Merah, Kelantan benefited from the phased implementation of the Back to School programme. The assistance included school essentials, hygiene kits, raincoats, as well as RM100 school uniform vouchers, aimed at easing the burden on affected families.

Beyond providing physical aid, the programme serves as a source of encouragement, empowering students to return to school with renewed confidence and resilience.

Our sincere appreciation goes to all strategic partners and stakeholders who contributed to the success of this initiative. Together, we continue to empower the future through education.
