Art, Culture & Heritage

IMMERSIO 2026 was successfully held from 11 to 27 September 2026 at the Telekom Museum, showcasing interactive, digital and new media artworks by 39 young artists from Multimedia University (MMU), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and The One Academy.

Centred on the theme “PASAR”, this year’s IMMERSIO explored the concept of a marketplace as a dynamic space where communities, cultures, stories, ideas and technology come together to interact and spark new connections and experiences.

The exhibition featured a diverse range of works, including immersive installations, interactive pieces, digital art and audiovisual experiences, giving visitors the opportunity to explore and engage with the intersection of art and technology.

Through IMMERSIO 2026, YTM continues to strengthen its role in supporting the growth of digital art, nurturing young creative talent and bridging heritage with contemporary technology.
