140 scholarship recipients recently participated in the Future Leaders Onboarding Program held in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. During the 4-day, 3-night program, participants were introduced to various skills such as financial management, study techniques, personal appearance ethics, and mental health to enhance their competitiveness. The session was also enlivened with fun games and a treasure hunt to assess their teamwork spirit.

This annual program marks the beginning of the TM Foundation’s (YTM) Structured Development Program, which, along with the scholarship, aims to help shape more holistic and well-rounded individuals, equipping them with future-ready skills in both digital and employability fields.
