Isma Zarif, our scholar pursuing Electronics Engineering at Multimedia University (MMU), was awarded the IEM Book Prize by The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) for being the Best First-Year Engineering Student.

This award recognises students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance and strong potential in the field of engineering. He has shown consistent academic excellence, maintaining a perfect 4.00 GPA every semester while actively contributing to co-curricular and leadership programmes at the university.

In recognition of this achievement, Isma was invited to the IEM Headquarters, where he had the honour of meeting the IEM President in person. He received a signed reference book with a personalised dedication, symbolising recognition from one of the country’s leading engineering institutions.
