GDRN or GLC Demi Rakyat dan Negara is a coalition network among GLIC/GLCs to implement social impact programmes or CSR in Malaysia. It was established in 2015 under the brand GLC Disaster Response Network (GDRN), originally coordinating humanitarian efforts and assistance, particularly during disasters such as floods and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yayasan Hasanah (Hasanah), the foundation of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Yayasan TM (YTM) are the co-secretariat of GDRN, responsible for :

1.⁠ ⁠Streamlining strategies and executing data collection
2.⁠ ⁠Planning and executing GDRN-related communication
3.⁠ ⁠Streamline efforts with relevant stakeholders
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Leading committee meetings

In March 2022, with the reintroduction, GDRN is focusing it efforts via three main cores which are Jalinan Ilmu (educational-related initiatives), Jalinan Kemanusiaan (disaster-related initiatives) and Jalinan Sejahtera (community development and well-being initiatives).

Staying committed to it aspiration of “Aspirasi Masyarakat, Inspirasi Negara”, GDRN work with a wide range of partners to streamline and coordinate its efforts such as Government Link Companies (GLC), Government Link Investment Companies (GLIC), Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), humanitarian agencies and government agencies.
