As part of the #NationalTrainingWeek initiative by HRD Corp, Yayasan TM (YTM) organised a free workshop titled "From Risk to Resilience." The workshop aimed to empower local NGOs and individuals — including humanitarian workers and volunteers — with essential skills in Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM).

Participants were introduced to practical strategies across all stages of disaster management, from preparedness and emergency response to post-disaster recovery. The sessions also covered key topics such as rapid needs assessment, multi-stakeholder coordination, and designing inclusive recovery plans that uphold dignity, health, and social justice.
