We collaborates with NADIM Malaysia and UTM Prihatin to empower volunteers with the knowledge and basic skills of volunteering. This is in line with YTM's disaster preparedness initiative, which fosters a culture of preparedness to create a resilient community.

The “Kursus Asas Sukarelawan (ASAS 101)” programme aims to prepare volunteers for disaster preparedness and relief efforts. It is structured around various modules and practical activities that provide participants with essential knowledge and skills to manage disaster relief operations effectively.

Over 150 volunteers from the UTM Prihatin volunteer team and TM Johor's TM Reaching Out Volunteers (TMROVers) participated in this program.
