In Sarawak, Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) Betong serves as the learning centre for the Tuisyen Pintar Programme, an initiative aimed at improving students’ academic performance and preparing them for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination.

The programme benefits 100 B40 students from four nearby secondary schools, including Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Spaoh, one of YTM’s adopted schools. Tuition classes are held every Saturday, providing additional learning support in selected subjects to help students improve their grades and academic achievement.
